OVERVIEW

SUNOCO SUPER FLEET 15W-40 is formulated to meet or exceed the Mack EO-N Premium Plus ’03 specification and the enhanced CI-4 Plus specification for use in EGR equipped heavy-duty diesel engines in high output service. SUNOCO SUPER FLEET 15W-40 is a 12 TBN product that meets the performance requirements of most diesel engine manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Ford, Mack, Navistar, and Volvo specifying an API CI-4 Plus quality level.  It can be used with complete success in over-the-road diesel trucks, off-highway diesel equipment, farm tractors, and light trucks with diesel engines, turbo-charged or non turbo-charged requiring these levels of specifications.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

SUNOCO SUPER FLEET 15W-40 reduces oil consumption in older engines, prevents soot and sludge formation on piston rings, increases engine power output, provides excellent protection against thermal breakdown and also imparts outstanding low temperature cold start protection.  Its high level of alkalinity reserve is well suited to handle high sulfur fuels and combat the detrimental effects of acidic compounds.

APPLICATIONS

SUNOCO SUPER FLEET 15W-40 is recommended for us in a wide range of heavy-duty application and operating environments found in trucking, construction, and agricultural industries.  This product meets the demanding diesel engine requirements of older Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, Mack and other high-output power plants in all levels of service.
