OVERVIEW
SUNOCO SECO (Sunoco Emulsifying Cutting Oil) is a premium quality, general-purpose soluble oil. It provides excellent rust protection, and emulsion stability. The result is a longer lasting material well suited for all general purpose machining, along with grinding, specialized quenching and water hydraulic applications.
APPLICATIONS
SUNOCO SECO is recommended concentrations vary depending on the application:
Tapping, Sawing, Reaming – 10% Concentration – 1:10 Ratio – 12.0 Refractometer
Centerless, ID, OD, Surface Grinding – 4% Concentration – 1:25 Ratio – 4.8 Refractometer
Milling, Drilling, Turning – 5% Concentration – 1:10 Ratio – 6.0 Refractometer
